Integrity Solutions adds new Irish Staff

Integrity Solutions adding 25 new employees as it grows its Irish and UK operations

- 15 of the new jobs created in 2012 with the remainder to be recruited in early 2013
- Leading Irish IT security company hiring 19 new employees at its Dublin HQ and 6 new employees in the UK
- New roles primarily include IT security consultants and specialists
- The new hires in the UK include English and Scottish country managers
- Integrity Solutions expects turnover to increase by more than 20% to €11.2m in 2012

Dublin, 01 November 2012 – Integrity Solutions, Ireland’s largest IT security specialist, today announced that it is recruiting 25 new employees by early 2013 in its Irish and UK offices. This will include 19 new employees in its Dublin headquarters and 6 new employees in the UK, including new country managers for England and Scotland.

Integrity Solutions provides a comprehensive portfolio of IT security solutions and services to private and public sector organisations throughout Ireland and the UK. Increase in demand for its managed security service is primarily driving growth in employee numbers and revenues. In 2011, Integrity increased its revenues by 27% to €9.2M and expects turnover to increase by more than 20% to €11.2m in 2012.

With the new positions announced today, Integrity will grow its overall employee base by 85% from 30 to 55. Most of the new hires will be highly qualified and experienced IT security specialists who will complement the existing managed security team. Recruitment has begun and some key roles have been hired in recent weeks, including Mark Evans as England country manager and Steve Durnan as Scotland country manager.

With the on-going rise in cybercrime and increasingly strict data compliance regulations, businesses are looking to add further protection for their data, systems, employees and clients. Integrity has built a team of highly trained and knowledgeable IT security professionals that manage their client security infrastructure on a 24x7 basis ensuring they have the highest levels of protection. Integrity has already established a leadership position for IT security management in the Irish market.

Expanding the UK market has now become a focus for Integrity, and the two new country managers will bring significant experience, connections and local knowledge. They will be tasked with responsibility for growing sales for Integrity’s operations across the UK, and will work to define and implement the strategies needed to fuel growth in this market.

Integrity Solutions has already increased its client base considerably in both Ireland and the UK in the first half of 2012 with the acquisition of 28 new customers.
