Ireland's The Now Factory Wins 5 New LTE Contracts in the last 6 months

Direct from Mobile World Congress 2013

The Now Factory, the leading provider of customer experience solutions for the telecoms industry, today announced that it has won 5 new LTE contracts in the last 6 months with leading Tier-1 Communications Service Providers (CSPs) across Africa, Asia, Europe and North America. The new contract wins include The Now Factory’s Network Monitoring, Customer Experience Management (CEM) and Analytics products, and accelerate the Company’s leading position as the supplier of choice among CSPs who are rolling out next-generation LTE networks.

The migration to LTE represents a significant network investment for many CSPs as they respond to the growing demand for mobile data services. In optimizing their LTE investments, CSPs need to drive down operational costs, generate new revenue streams and deliver on the promise of a more enriched customer experience centered on faster speed and performance. An increasing number of service providers are turning to The Now Factory to help them gain a clear understanding of how customers experience their LTE networks, which they are then using to transform their business models and increase profitability.

The Now Factory’s LTE solutions enable CSPs to:

· Optimize their CAPEX costs by consolidating their LTE infrastructure under one uniform platform.

· Reduce operational costs by identifying and resolving LTE network issues in real time.

· Manage their LTE networks from a customer perspective.

· Increase competitiveness through quicker and more effective LTE rollouts.

“CSPs who are making significant new investments in LTE networks are starting to think outside the box and are choosing solutions that combine network monitoring with CEM and analytics,” said Tom Morrisroe, Chief Executive Officer with The Now Factory. “Our recent LTE contract wins confirm The Now Factory as the leading pioneer of this next-generation, customer-centric approach with its combined OSS and BSS solutions.”
