Strencom, the managed connectivity and cloud computing provider, has appointed Quentin Barry as senior account manager. In his new role Quentin will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while managing, retaining and growing business within Strencom's account base which spans enterprise, wholesale and partner channels.
Quentin has 15 years' experience in telecommunications, operations and management roles and has a strong background in driving sales management nationally and internationally, as well as solid operations and customer service experience.
Before joining the Strencom team, Quentin held operations and account manager roles with communications organisation, MinuteBuyer Corporate Services, for five years. He was an account manager with Verizon Business for six years prior to that.
Quentin holds a BA in Business Information Management from Portobello College, now Dublin Business School.
