Voxpro, Ireland’s largest international provider of customer experience and technical support solutions to the world’s most exciting and innovative tech companies, has announced the creation of an additional 450 jobs at its new centre of excellence in Folsom, California, which already employs 200 people.
With a global team of 1,300 people, the development of the Folsom facility is one of many steps that Voxpro is undertaking as part of plans to scale its operations internationally over the coming years. According to Voxpro CEO, Dan Kiely: “North America is a very important part of Voxpro’s expansion strategy in 2016 and beyond. Our location in Folsom, California is really adaptable and adds to the partnership relationship we have with our clients in the San Francisco Bay Area.”

Folsom has been tipped to be home to the next generation of tech companies with Intel and Micron Technology already large employers in the area. Together with its centre of excellence in Folsom, Voxpro also has a sales and marketing office in San Francisco and is currently considering other sites in North America.
Jon Ward, Voxpro’s US General Manager, said: “Voxpro’s North American expansion is in full swing with the imminent announcement of another new site. Our announcement today of 450 additional roles in Folsom will ensure sufficient highly trained individuals are in position for our continued expansion. We are also looking to the East Coast where we will open a sales and marketing office in New York later this year, together with an East Coast centre of excellence.”
